Event-Led Market Activation Across the UK & Nordics

The Brief

Support Taiwan Tourism’s expansion and visibility across new and established markets through high-impact event activations. Two key mandates: launch the organisation’s first travel mission in Sweden with an informative, interactive workshop for Nordic trade and media, and elevate Taiwan Tourism’s presence at the World Travel Market (WTM) in London by managing on-stand activities, the press conference and influencer engagement.

Our Strategy

We delivered both activations end-to-end, designed to drive trade, media and consumer impact in parallel. In Stockholm, we ran targeted outreach to the Swedish travel industry, full venue coordination and a programme blending presentations, networking and cultural experiences, with a post-event press release extending reach and signalling Taiwan’s long-term commitment to the Nordics.

At WTM, we executed an integrated PR and event programme combining pre- and post-event press releases, tier-one media outreach for the press conference and opening ceremony, shortlisted influencer participation to drive consumer content, and interactive, culturally immersive on-stand activities to draw footfall and conversation throughout the show. Across both activations, Taiwan Tourism strengthened its profile in two strategically important European markets, building strong trade, media and influencer foundations for ongoing activity.
