The Brief
A five-star adults-only resort in Greece with strong NPS and loyal guests, but facing an ageing demographic and limited growth via trade partners. The brief was to future-proof the brand, build cultural relevance and drive repeat visits and word-of-mouth in a highly competitive market.
Our Strategy
We built a programme around fun, shareable lifestyle moments designed to resonate with a younger, more socially active audience. Partnerships with The Breakfast Club and MasterChef winner Alex Webb produced in-resort activations including the ‘Boozy Brunch’ and ‘Pancakes Masterclass’, built around locally sourced produce to reinforce the resort’s community ties. The activations were amplified by a fully integrated communications plan spanning media engagement, influencer collaborations, tailored social content and strategic press trips, repositioning the hotel from a luxury stay into a culturally relevant, experience-led destination.
